YOU'RE TOO EXPENSIVE
Not here! You can hire the cheapest, or you can hire at a fair price that hits the sweet spot. In the end, you need someone who is properly insured. We don't cut corners, and we give you a price guaranteed to work for you. Our workers are insured, compensated, bonded, and go through REAL background checks. It's great to get a cheap cleaner, if you don't mind forking out a $12,000 medical bill when someone gets injured in your home.
I AM VERY PICKY
You'll have a cleaning team that will have everything on your list in their app allowing you to know exactly what to expect. We appreciate feedback (and even complaints), so don't hesitate to let us know how we can improve on our services.
I NEED COMMUNICATION. MY CLEANER NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE
You'll get notifications, as well as texts directly from the cleaning staff, allowing you to easily communicate with the team.
MY CLEANER BACK HOME IS A LOT CHEAPER
Our numbers are the exact numbers set up by professional accountants to give you the absolute best peace of mind. Your home is your largest investment. Do you want to pay someone cheap wages to enter it?

DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES?
Yes, we bring and use all name brand products. For example, Weiman's granite cleaner, Weiman's cooktop, Lysol, Peroxide multi-surface and our very own glass cleaner. The ONLY harsh chemical we use is for inside the toilet, which is Clorox.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured.
DO YOU HAVE WORKER'S COMPENSATION?
All of our employees are paid by W-2 & all covered through Workers Compensation. If someone gets hurt in your home then you are covered.
ARE YOU BONDED?
Yes.
DO YOU HAVE THE SAME PERSON CLEAN EACH TIME?
This can never be guaranteed. All of our cleaners are trained the same.
CAN I HAVE ONLY PART OF THE HOUSE CLEANED FOR A CHEAPER PRICE?
We will meet you in the middle on a fair price. You will not have to worry about remembering to tell us what part of the house was cleaned.
HOW DOES YOUR BILLING WORK?
We use credit cards. This protects you from checks or cash getting lost. In addition, it's a lot more secure than worrying about holding a check with your personal routing number and account info on. Believe it or not, a credit card is the safest form of payment. Payments are run on the 1st of the month. You never pay for a service that is not scheduled.
DO YOU HAVE GREEN/ECO FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS?
All of our products are safe. We wouldn't recommend drinking them! We don't use any products other than bleach that isn't safe for you to touch, your kids, or pets. We do not use completely 'Green' products though. We strive to give you maximum clean and that can only really be done by the stronger chemicals
WILL THE TRASH GET EMPTIED EACH CLEANING?
Yes, the trash will be emptied.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CANCELLATION? HOW FAR AHEAD MUST WE CONTACT YOU IF WE NEED TO CANCEL A VISIT?
Give us 24-48 hours to cancel (preferably as much notice as possible). We try to choose a day and time that works best for everyone, so that we do not need to cancel a lot. We ask for homeowners to move their schedule around to accommodate having a year round cleaning service. It works best to keep the same day and time. You really want to try to make that happen. We usually have a key or code for the door.
IS IT DIFFICULT TO SCHEDULE AN OCCASIONAL ADDITIONAL VISIT DURING THE MONTH?
You can book additional cleanings very easily.
